Who can create a character
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must own or have written permission for every photo, video, voice sample, and reference you upload.
- You cannot upload another person’s likeness without their explicit consent.
- You cannot create a character of a celebrity, public figure, or any real person without rights.
- Minors cannot appear in any uploaded reference or generated content.
How your character can be used
- Your character is not automatically available to brands. You approve every commercial request.
- Voice rights are separate from face/image rights. Voice can be set to: not allowed / allowed after approval / available for extra fee.
- You can block categories at any time (politics, religion, adult content, alcohol, medical claims, etc.).
- Brands must follow the campaign terms you approve. Any deviation invalidates the license.
Review & verification
- Every character is manually reviewed before public listing or monetization.
- BusellAI can reject, remove, or request more verification at any time.
- Characters that appear to impersonate a real person without proof of consent will be unlisted pending review.
- Verification status (verified / unverified) is visible on public profiles.
Reports & takedowns
- Any public character profile can be reported for impersonation or rights issues.
- Reports are reviewed manually. Verified rights claims result in unlisting or removal.
- If your likeness was used without permission, use the “Report / Claim Likeness” button on any profile.
AI-generated content disclosure
- All content produced through BusellAI Studios is AI-generated.
- Final outputs are reviewed by humans before delivery.
- Brands must follow platform disclosure rules (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) when publishing AI content.
Pricing & payouts
- Free to create a character profile.
- Paid growth packages (Starter / Trailer / Growth / Premium / Brand Campaign) are billed via Lemon Squeezy.
- Brand licensing payments are handled manually during MVP. Automated payouts arrive in a later phase.
- BusellAI may take a platform fee on successful licensing deals.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your likeness in perpetuity. Brands license specific usage; you keep ownership.
- We do not allow campaigns without creator approval.
- We do not store biometric fingerprints for public use.
- We do not guarantee brand deals or income.
