Launched a niche cold email writer for dentists in 4 hours

I built a simple streamlit app that scrapes local dental clinic sites and generates personalized outreach drafts using claude 3.5 sonnet. The whole stack runs on a free tier and already generated three replies from local practices this morning. You can clone the repo and swap the niche to lawyers or gyms before lunch.
